Most facilities offer free auto pay programs.

Remember, you are
ultimately responsible for the goods you have stored.
Confirm with your insurance carrier for accurate
coverage, or ask for possible insurance providers.

Provide current and
accurate contact information. In the event of a
change in information, inform your facility manager
immediately.

Your stored goods
are important to you. The facility manager should
always be able to contact you in case of emergency,
security breach or any number of reasons.

Give adequate move
out notice to avoid paying additional fees or rent.

When vacating leave the
unit as you rented it, clean and unlocked, to avoid
cleaning or disposal fees.

Explosives are
prohibited from storage at most facilities and will be
reported to the proper authorities.

Avoid storing "
Hazardous Substances" including, petroleum, petroleum
products, natural gas, natural-gas liquids, synthetic
gas and all other substances, chemicals, toxic or
pollutant deemed so under any federal, state or local
law.

Lawn equipment or
other machinery that may contain hazardous substances
should be drained prior to storing.

Never store live or
dead animals, perishables, or combustibles.

Avoid storing
liquids of any kind.
